This short study explored how a former industrial and transport site in Prague could be reimagined as a vibrant music and cultural destination. The proposal considered the site’s existing character and urban context, investigating how its large-scale infrastructure and open areas could be adapted to support a mix of indoor and outdoor performance spaces. Through minimal but strategic interventions, the study examined the potential for the site to host a range of cultural activities, encouraging public engagement and transforming an underutilized area into an active and accessible cultural hub.
